I am available for hire as a freelance illustrator for graphics, stickers, or other merchandise. When I have the time, I illustrate and sell stickers, prints, zines, and other items themed around my own identities and interests.
Risography
My medium of choice is a risograph duplicator!
I learned how to operate and utilize a risograph duplicator at Nova Community Arts and print the majority of my work at Punch Kiss Press, both located in Los Angeles, CA.
Writing
Previously, I was contracted as a content writer for Cut Fruit Collective, a Bay Area-based AAPI non-profit, where I often wrote about topics related to my own ethnic identities. Linked below are some of the pieces I've written.

Nova Community Arts
Due to the generosity of Nova Community Arts, I was able to take their Intro to Riso and their Advanced Riso courses on scholarship. It is through Nova that I was able to learn more about Risography and how I could utilize this medium!I've also participated in their annual Supernova Art Show for 3 years now.
Punch Kiss Press
Karina at Punch Kiss Press is amazing to work with. Through her help and her amazing studio, I was able to expand and delve deeper into my risography practice (and obsession).
Punch Kiss Press has the largest public riso palette in the US!

我的名字是雅亭.My name is Ren, I use they/them/theirs pronouns. I am a digital illustrator who specializes in risograph printing and am currently based on my ancestral homeland of Hawaiʻi.
I enjoy creating art around my identity as a queer multi-ethnic person of Kanaka ʻŌiwi (Native Hawaiian), CHamoru (Indigenous to Guahan/Guam), Taiwanese, and Japanese descent (although sometimes I will touch on other parts of my ethnic heritage I feel less connected to. #mixedkidfeelings), but I also enjoy creating art around my hobbies like Pokemon, matcha, etc.
