Illustration

I am available for hire as a freelance illustrator for graphics, stickers, or other merchandise. When I have the time, I illustrate and sell stickers themed around my own identities.

Writing

Currently, I am contracted as a content writer for Cut Fruit Collective, a Bay Area-based AAPI non-profit, where I often write about topics related to my own ethnic identities. Linked below are some of the pieces I've written.

about

ʻO Kanoelani koʻu inoa.
私の名前は連です。
我的名字是雅亭.
My name is Ren (they/she), I am a māhū/non-binary/queer 20-something year old advocate, writer, and lover of AAPI cultures currently based on unceded Tongva/Kizh lands (Los Angeles, CA). I mostly chatter and create around my identity as a queer multi-ethnic person of Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian), Taiwanese, and Japanese descent, but I also enjoy working around the intersectionalities of being a fat, queer, AFAB person of color.
